Michael Arrieta is the founder and chief executive officer of Garden City Equity, a purpose-driven private equity firm that acquires and permanently holds family-owned companies.
Previously, Arrieta was an executive at DocuSign, where he served as global vice president, general manager, and chief of staff to the chief executive officer. He also co-founded New Story, a nonprofit that has built more than 2,000 homes in developing countries. In addition, he founded MAV Ventures, a venture capital firm that has invested in more than 100 companies. Arrieta joined the Cambia board in 2022.
