Bogged down by paperwork, Ugandan clinics get relief from Portland's Cambia

In Uganda’s overflowing refugee camps, where nearly a half-million people from surrounding war-torn countries have sought safety, the deluge of paperwork can do an untold amount of damage.

And that’s an important issue that Cambia wants to address.
