Cambia Health Solutions named one of Forbes America’s Best-In-State Employers 2026

Cambia Health Solutions has been named one of Forbes America’s Best-In-State Employers 2026 in both Oregon and Washington, marking the company’s fifth consecutive year earning the designation. The company again ranked No. 1 in the insurance industry category in both states.  

The Forbes ranking, conducted in partnership with market research firm Statista, is based on an independent survey of more than 245,000 employees working for companies with at least 500 workers across the U.S. The selection process considered over 2 million employer evaluations, with no more than 100 employers recognized in any single state. 

The final score is based on two types of employee evaluations: personal (those given by employees themselves) and public (those given by friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry).
