Commute Reimbursement Expense Account

  • We provide a mass transit and parking subsidy that allows employees to pay for qualified transit passes and parking expenses on a pretax basis.

  • Our 401(k) plan includes a competitive company match of 100% up to the first 6% of your pretax contribution, and benefit-eligible employees are vested immediately!

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Parental Paid Time Off (PPTO)

  • Welcoming a new child? Eligible employees receive 12 weeks of paid parental leave to bond with their new addition.

  • When you enroll in our HSA-eligible medical plan, you’ll have access to an HSA, where you can set aside tax-free money for medical expenses. We’ll also make a generous contribution to help you build your account.

Flexible spending accounts

  • The Health Care FSA allows you to set aside pretax dollars to pay for eligible out-of-pocket health, dental and vision expenses.
