One of the ways we are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion is through our community investments. We strive to break cycles of poverty through the support of programs like Bridge Meadows in Oregon, mobile dentals vans in Washington, or Community Action Partnership in Idaho. We partner with organizations to empower girls through the work of the YWCA of Utah, Mary’s Place in Washington, and Girls, Inc. and the Center for Women’s Leadership at Portland State University in Oregon. We also support organizations that highlight challenges facing specific minority groups like the LGBTQ, Hispanic and immigrant communities. Employee Resource Groups

We believe in empowering our employees to connect with colleagues who have similar interests and passions they do. Our Employee Resource Groups are one way we’re supporting an inclusive workplace within our family of companies. Mission Statements

AAERG  Mission: The African-American ERG enriches professional and leadership development of African-American employees by fostering mentoring, retention and community engagement to advance diversity and inclusion within Cambia, and drive better business and career outcomes.

CARE PC Mission: The Cambia and Regence Palliative Care ERG provides education and support to those employees personally affected by serious illness (as a patient or caregiver), and those interested in learning more about the company’s focus on transforming health care around life - limiting and terminal illness. 

HOLA Mission: The mission of HOLA is to develop a place of welcoming and valued interaction for Latinos and Allies by providing personal and professional development as well as opportunities for community involvement that enhance Cambia’s diversity efforts, empower our members, and strengthen our community.

Military Community Mission: The Military Community ERG brings awareness to and celebrates our diverse veteran community who help bring Cambia’s mission to life, serving those who served, their families, the community and Cambia. 

PRIDE Mission: The Professionals Respecting Individuality, Diversity  and Equality ERG broadens community awareness and acceptance, with open lines of communication, increased understanding and emotional support and camaraderie among Cambia staff for LBGTQ employees and allies. 

WELL Mission: The Women’s Employee Leadership Lab ERG creates a culture that inspires women to develop their leadership abilities, seize growth opportunities, and increase their knowledge of Cambia for organizational and personal success. Our vision is to cultivate a welcoming and nurturing community that will activate the next generation of female innovators.
