Cambia Health Solutions welcomes new members to Board of Directors
PORTLAND – Cambia Health Solutions announced today two new board members have joined the Board of Directors: Jake R. Nichol, President/CEO of Leatherman Tool Group, Inc., and Kent Ivanoff, CEO of iVinci Health, LLC.
“Jake and Kent bring very valuable insights from their respective industries, and they set the bar high for their own organizations,” said Mack Hogans, Cambia Board Chairman. “The board is pleased to welcome leaders of this caliber, and we are excited to see our board continue to evolve with the increased diversity of skills and experience they bring. I’m energized by the collective knowledge the Cambia board now has to focus on the changing landscape of health care.”
Jake R. Nichol, of Portland, Oregon, has more than 40 years’ experience in the tool industry, both in the U.S. and internationally. He is currently completing a nine-year tenure as CEO and President of Leatherman Tool Group, Inc. “Jake brings a wealth of valuable consumer experience to our board,” said Mark Ganz, President and CEO of Cambia Health Solutions. “As a leader of character and an innovator in the field of consumer tools, his values align well with Cambia. It becomes more critical every day, as our industry undergoes such dramatic transformation, that we incorporate perspectives from other industries. It’s this knowledge that helps us understand how best to serve consumers.”
