Pigatti comes to Retrofit from Limeade, with more than 25 years of experience helping grow early stage companies into high-performance healthcare and wellness leaders with the highest levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.

Pigatti holds a Bachelors degree from Marquette University and a Masters in Social Work degree from Loyola University.
